近日，创梦天地宣布，继风靡全球的创新消除手游《梦幻花园》后，又拿下其全新续作、曾获全球游戏下载排行榜冠军的《梦幻家园（Homescapes）》，将在国内的安卓渠道独家发行。
《梦幻家园》由欧洲第二大游戏厂商Playrix开发，延续了其前作的“消除+模拟经营”玩法，并打造了让人耳目一新的游戏场景和故事情节。去年9月，《梦幻家园》一上线就在全球游戏市场引发了热烈关注，根据App Annie的统计，该游戏在短短一个月内就登顶全球iOS和Google Play下载榜第一，次月便跻身中国区iOS下载量TOP 5。
考虑到《梦幻花园》在中国市场表现亮眼，创梦天地拿下《梦幻家园》显得顺理成章。去年9月，创梦天地推出《梦幻花园》，并在玩法设计和品牌营销方面作了多种本地化创新，例如，围绕游戏角色“奥斯汀”进行IP开发、携手Costa咖啡开展跨界营销、植入《快乐大本营》暑期档等。截至今年2月，《梦幻花园》国内的平均月活安卓用户已达到1320万，并被评为硬核联盟“黑石奖—年度人气游戏”、GMGC“移动游戏时代最具影响力作品”等。
随着女性手游市场的崛起，《梦幻花园》和《梦幻家园》的市场潜力有望进一步得到释放。在伽马数据5月发布的《2018年中国女性游戏研究报告》中，《梦幻花园》与《阴阳师》、《奇迹暖暖》等一起被列入“女性游戏Top10”。据伽马分析，《梦幻花园》在女性游戏市场的成功，得益其独特于市场上其他的消除类产品：一方面，其花园模拟经营模式游戏能对女性产生更多吸引力，并吸引用户长期的情感投入，增加产品的生命力；另一方面，游戏中日常剧情温馨细腻，符合女性的审美、情感需求。
创梦天地2017年的平均月活跃用户为1.25亿，根据沙利文的资料，其月活用户数，以及在推出及发行海外游戏收入方面，在中国所有独立手游发行商中排名第一。创梦天地成功发行了《神庙逃亡2》、《地铁跑酷》、《纪念碑谷》、《圣斗士星矢-集结》等知名手游，在RPG、休闲竞技、跑酷等多个细分品类市场皆有布局。《梦幻花园》和《梦幻家园》将丰富创梦天地在消除市场的产品布局并巩固其竞争优势。
